    In our continuing celebration of Heros we have a very simple contest for you.


    We would like to invite you to post images of yourself or others with everyday objects that you might want to equip your hero with.


    The Contest runs until

    Sunday 26th March 1200
    (Mid Day - British Summer Time GMT+1)

    The most creative, original picture will receive 250 gold.
    Second Place receives 150 Gold
    Third Place receives 100 Gold

    Gold can only be redeemed on UK Servers
    First image per person will be taken as your entry. Additional images will not be counted
    Contest open to all (excluding CM/CSR)
    Winners will be selected by CM/CSR
    Only one prize per account
    The contest will close at midday Sun 26th March, Any entries made after closing will not be counted
    Winners will be announced in the hours following closing, Notification will be made via forum post

ID:	6874Magic staff : Increase village production by percentage of resources missing from it. Works only on the village hero represents. Left handed weapon. Basically more resources you are missing, the greater production.This would be a late game item.

    A teleport bracelet, so that he can transfer to another of his own villages instantly.
    This item to replace the pennant.
    Works for hero only, and not for any accompanying troops.
    Has to have a cool down period of 24 hours before being ready for use again.

    This magic big fork is used by the hero to feed up troops in the active villa. Troops feeded by hero have a reducing wheat consumption

    Scythe : Instantly cuts off hourly production of wheat in the village hero represents. Item cooldown : 24hours.

    A pint of beer.

    Ability(one of these):
    - the next auction you win you pay only half - the item IS consumed
    - hold it in left hand and have +? attack and +? defence of ALL troops in the current village(because soldiers are happy - and could have different colors of beer like brown and unfiltered for later game like all the swords, shields, maps...) - item IS NOT consumed
    - complete adventures ?% faster - could also have different colors of beer in later game - item IS NOT consumed

    Left hand weapons: Can be same be used on exactly same as right hand weapon with same attributes.
    Romans: can use only with sword of Imperatoris their left hand item will be same as right hand weapon
    Gauls: can use only with bow of the Theutates their left hand item will be crossbow
    Teutons: can use only with hammer of the Paladin their left hand item will be same as right hand weapon

    Left hand item: Shield, every tribe should have their own shield, right now its only roman shield type.

    An idea about another type of cages or as right or left item, which could help to control animals caught from nature with cages and use these animals to attack other players. Or use this item to control defender village animals and fight on you own side. Maybe something like musical instrument.

    The dog would have HP and XP just like the hero and we all know a dog is a (hu)mans best friend

    I suppose we could have big cats as well for those misguided cat lovers out there.

    Nature Bioweapon Series
    From some things I found lying around the place...

    This series of left-hand items provides a bonus when attacking Nature. These can help the player when clearing an oasis to the tune of +10, 15 and 20%.

    Tier 1: Vial of Acid + 10%

    By throwing some acid into the oasis, your hero can improve the effectiveness of your troops when attacking Nature by 10%. The corrosive nature of the acid can blind animals, destroy vegetation and is deemed "harmful to terrestrial vertebrates".


    Tier 2: Persistent Organic Pollutant + 15%

    By throwing some of this substance into the oasis, your hero can improve the effectiveness by 15%! This substance is not only toxic, but also flammable, corrosive and has long-lasting effects on the environment - those snakes are going to just run away from you now!



    Tier 3: Toxic Waste Dump + 20%

    This is for those toughest oases - elephants, crocodiles and tigers (you know the ones). Take a barrel of this stuff along with your troops and just POUR it into the water. Then your troops can just come along and mop up afterwards!!!

    Pet cage

    Equiping your hero with a pet cage will allow him/her to transfer nature reinforcements from one of your villages to another when 'attacking' it.

    Default Assassin's mask



    Assassin's mask as hero's helmet.

    Mechanic: Active only when Hero is sent alone and on "Attack" mode (not raid) to a village.

    Effect: Only engages the Hero in the target village for a one-on-one fight to death. Nothing happens if there is no Hero present at the target village.

    Comment: Adds another dimension to the game - Hero hunting!

    Default Assassin's mask



    Assassin's mask as Hero's helmet.

    Mechanic: Takes effect only when Hero is sent out ALONE and in ATTACK mode (i.e., not raid) to a village. Target village does not see the Attack warning and landing time - like scouts. Assassins works in stealth after all.

    Effect: Will only engage with the Hero in the target village (village owner's Hero only) for a one-to-one fight to death. Troops within the village will not detect the Hero sent. Nothing happens if there is no Hero in the target village.

    This adds another dimension to the game - Hero hunting!

    Belt: increases hero's association with the horse, and so that the horse wont be just for speed. And the horse could have other benefits.
    The belt holds the hero to the horse : to increase hero durability( hero's health lasts longer bcos he's utilizing horse's strength and health), and the horse brings hero back to village when at a very low percentage of health( as would bandages). By using belt use of ointments will increase (bcos hero is brought back from war with low percent of health)even by larger players even at latter stage of the game.
    Used as a body item in auctions that allow horse-hero interaction.
